Fair questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave cans at the curb the day after pickup. You’ll get a photo when we’re done.
Do you clean in winter?
Yes. Our water is 200°F year-round. We pause only on days below 10°F and text you a new date.
What if my trash day changes?
Text us and we re-route and confirm the new day.
Is it safe for my driveway?
Nothing touches it. Wash water is captured on the trailer and disposed of at a licensed facility.
Can I skip a month?
Anytime, no fee. Text us before your next visit.
HOAs or businesses?
Yes. Neighborhood and commercial programs are priced by the job. Text us the can count for a quote, or see the Commercial & HOA page. Dumpsters are not offered yet.
